Job Description

Quality Assurance Manager administrates company processes and procedures to assure compliance to ISO9001, and the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems. Job duties/responsibilities are:
* Assure QMS is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 through facilitating process owners with the knowledge and guidance.
* Assure Quality Assurance department processes and procedures are compliant through analysis, documentation, and continual improvement.
* Manage Quality Assurance personnel.
* Administrate internal audits, corrective action, continual improvements, FEMA’s, FRACA,s and control Plans.
* Administrate Risks and Opportunities.
* Monitor and Measure department metrics.
* Compile Management Reviews and Chair Management Review Meetings.
* Lead and Facilitate annual external audit ISO9001 compliance.
* Work with customers and Suppliers to resolve QMS issues.
* Assure conformance to other external standards including, regulatory and statutory and customer requirements.

BS/BA or Equivalent education is required with at least 3 years experience. Must be familiar with several operating systems, such as SAP, ISO 9001, Adobe, and Publisher, just to name a few. Need to have excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills and have 3-5 years of Supervisory skills.This is a full-time position. Base hours are M-F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, but do fluctuate.Travel is required. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement and paid Vacation time.
