• The position is responsible for providing the necessary leadership, management, and oversight to affect the delivery of contemporary, compassionate and professional nursing services to the residents of Russell Regional Hospital Long Term Care Unit in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations.
• Three years’ experience in Nursing Management or Administration with demonstrated progressive, competent, and professional nursing abilities and leadership.
