We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:

·        Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries

·        Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers

·        Assist sales associates with service and account issues

·        Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction

·        Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Customer-focused attitude

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·        Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

·        Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
