This position requires you to work in a retail setting in our Emporia store with an opportunity to earn over $60,000 annually!
We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:
- Attain Company sales goals, reach store sales levels, and motivate retail staff to meet individual sales quotas
- Promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
- Supervise daily retail store operations, including hiring and training staff, maintaining store appearance, and ordering and maintaining inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Build relationships through community engagement
- Educate customers on wireless products, services, and promotions
- Resolve product and service issues and determine customer needs and best solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Associate Degree in Applied Business/Sales, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing/Merchandising, or the equivalent
· Three to five years of professional business, customer service, wireless technology or retail sales experience, or equivalent work experience
· Supervisory experience required
· Customer-focused attitude
· Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
