If you have a proven background in construction craftsmanship, and enjoy working independently, Just In Time Remodeling, LLC of Great Bend is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our growing team. We currently operate three crews at all times, and tend to be booked out 6-7 months in the future. You can enjoy all the perks of being part of a fun and energetic team, while still maintaining a sense of independence as you lead your own projects. We do all the sales, the scheduling, the material ordering, and operational details like pulling permits so that you can just focus on creating beautiful spaces and do what you love! Successful candidates will have experience in framing, drywall finishing and texturing, trim and carpentry, painting, flooring installation, tiling, caulking, building laminate countertops, and other related skills. A keen attention to detail is required, as we promise our customers the highest quality work, and we are always striving to deliver the very best.
Our company specializes in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. We also offer windows, entry doors, decks, and other exterior projects as well – and training is available for projects you may not feel comfortable leading on your own just yet. We want to help you build your skills as well!
Some of the Construction Foreman’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Executing projects efficiently and at the highest quality
- Providing thorough communication with customers, office staff, and other vendors
- Planning the most efficient ways to complete the work requested by the customer
- Taking progress photos of the job in our mobile project management app
- Turning in receipts for project expenses charged to company accounts
- Ensuring that our company’s core values are being lived out every day
Prior supervisory experience is preferred, and a commitment to continual learning and teamwork is a must. Qualified applicants will be able to show samples of their work. Just in Time Remodeling offers competitive pay and other perks. As a Foreman, you will be paid by the job and can earn a minimum of $60,000 with lots more earning potential depending on your skills and abilities. Normal schedule requires 40 hours per week (M-F, 8-5). Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.
