Description

Prepares payroll data for computation and maintain associated records. Check and reconcile any discrepancies with employees concerning pay. Reconcile payroll as prepared and prepare for posting to general ledger. Prepare reports to government agencies, taxes, social security, etc.

Collects purchase orders, matches them with invoices, obtains proper approval and pays invoices in a timely manner.
