Job Description


The Sales Support Specialist will provide sales and marketing support to internal and external sales representatives, as well as sales management.


•Work with Internal Sales Manager to support the Regional Vice President’s (RVP) and Regional Sales Consultant’s (RSC) attainment of the divisional sales goals (by assets)
•Generate and fulfill proposal and literature needs of the sales team for financial advisors and prospective clients
•Assist with sales reporting research and report creation
•Maintain and refresh Salesforce data
•Process incoming and outgoing mail
•Provide support to the RFP specialist
•Keep up on legislative changes, investment knowledge and professional development training
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and code of ethics
•Other duties as assigned


•Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history
•Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
•Proven successful experience in team based environments as well as the ability to work independently where necessary
•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time while meeting related deadlines
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with diverse personalities
