Opening for Executive Director, Central Kansas CASA, INC, 20th Judicial District. The
Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of the agency and all aspects
of the agency’s operation. This involves the supervision and coordination of a volunteer
service program, which provides CASA services to abused and neglected children in the
court system. Other duties include public speaking, fund-raising, public awareness,
community collaboration, representing CASA on community boards and organizations,
communication with judges, board recruitment, training and meetings, NCASA highly
effective standards review process, grant reporting, financials, compliance with state and
national standards, budgeting, staff management, as well as volunteer recruitment, training,
supervision, and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate area or
experience equal to three years in administration in administration in a volunteer agency.
