Organize and maintain equipment lot while also assisting with other dealership duties


Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer locations; may include lawn equipment and skid steers, as well as driving large ag equipment
Supports the sales department with equipment delivery, as needed
May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures, as required
Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
Organizes equipment inventory on lot
Maintains dealership grounds and basic building maintenance
Assists Service Manager/Shop Foreman in managing customer equipment (arrival, timeliness, cleanliness, and delivery/pickup)
Assists in loading/unloading trucks
Assists in wash bay, if needed
May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy
Follows all safety rules and regulations and uses safe practices in performing all work assignments

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

CDL License required or BTI will assist in the process of obtaining a CDL
Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly
High school diploma or equivalent experience
