Barton Community College is seeking applications for Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. This replacement position has primary responsibility for promotion of friend-and-fund raising activities that enhance the Foundation’s ability to support the college’s students, initiatives, as well as all Foundation fund raising efforts; building strong personal and business relationships; and providing strong administrative leadership working with a Board-governed Foundation. Candidates must have the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and raise funds utilizing a network of volunteers. Must have the ability to work with an experienced staff and manage assets and properties. In addition the hire will provide administrative oversight to the Director of the Shafer Art Gallery.
