Barton Community College seeks an innovative and enthusiastic individual to lead its Communications Department. This replacement position is responsible for producing and promoting effective communications for the College, and for communicating the College’s messages through various marketing endeavors. Must be able to supervise staff. The successful candidate must be skilled in organization, writing, editing, photography, and web publishing, as well as proficient in a variety of software applications, including web content management, photo editing, word processing and social media.  Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as public relations, marketing, journalism, advertising or communications; Masters degree in related discipline preferred.
