Barton Community College is seeking applicants for a replacement Assistant Coach (Softball) position. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in related field preferred. Responsibilities:  Recruitment and training of quality student-athletes for successful competition; monitoring and supporting the academic success of student-athletes; duties as assigned by the head coach; budgets and records management. Position will require six hours of instruction per semester or equivalent additional duties as assigned.  Position is ten-month full-time position.
