Barton Community College is seeking applications for the replacement position of Administrative Assistant to support the President’s Office and Institutional Advancement, which includes the Barton Community College Foundation. This position includes administrative, clerical, and communication responsibilities to assist both offices to run smoothly and responsively. Creativity and excellent communication skills are highly desired to assist in promotion of activities, events, and stewardship. Required qualifications: six months to two years of similar or related experience; a high school education or GED, excellent computer and organizational skills; courtesy, tact, and diplomacy; confidentiality; ability to work independently; and meet multiple project deadlines and provide professional secretarial support for multiple supervisors.
