Position Purpose:

Operations Dispatch is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal, field and project technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests and coordinating project schedules. Exemplifying our core values will be paramount for successful accomplishment of the duties and achievement of the desired results. The Service Coordinator reports to the Service Manager.

To be effective and excel in this role:

Responsibilities:

• Pre-process, prioritize, escalate and assign internal resources for all types of service requests
• ConnectWise dispatch portal mastery
• Thorough understanding of contractual obligations, promises and established expectations and the difference between each
• Willingness to hold team members accountable for achieving organizational objectives
• Assessment of alerts and assignment of resources when appropriate
• Accurately receive and record procurement items

• Great trouble shooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing areas of focus and adapt to changes quickly

Knowledge and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree or commensurate experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to become familiar with organization-specific software
• Customer service experience
