Job Description

Barton Community College seeks applications for an Administrative Assistant. Position reports to the Dean of Academics. Position responsibilities include: providing timely, accurate, and professional administrative and clerical support to the Dean of Academics, assigned department chairs and coordinators, and Academic Division faculty. Will assist with coordination of committees and management of science day activities; preparation of program class schedules and curriculum guide updates. Required Qualifications: high school education or GED with six months to two years of similar or related experience. Review of completed applications begins immediately.
