Skills Required : Food preparation for lunches. Baking, slicing, mixing, basic prep work. Make espresso drinks and blended drinks, take drink and food orders, operate cash register, take phone orders, keep tables and floors clean, and all other customer service related duties. Located in downtown Great Bend with a large regular clientele for coffee and lunches, as well as Friday evenings with live music. Need someone friendly, energetic and a hard worker. Atmosphere is casual and fun, but with a focus on putting out a great product for a good price.

Learn to use double convection oven, kitchen aid mixer, meat slicer, double soup warmer. Learn to make espresso drinks and blended drinks. Restaurant experience preferred, but will train.
