Skills Required : Barton Community College is seeking applications for the replacement position of Boy Scouts Aquatics Director, with employment contingent upon private funding/donations. Required qualifications: Associate degree, Aquatics and Cub and Boy Scouts experiences, water safety, Aquatic certificates, and scheduling of events experience. Organizational skills and ability to work with Cub and Boy Scouts, twenty-one years of age or older with good character and to attend a Boy Scouts of America National Camp School for aquatics directors.
