Skills Required : Barton Community College is seeking applications for the new position of Financial Aid Helpdesk (P-T).
This position will provide support to the Financial Aid Office by providing basic to mid-level information for financial aid inquiries.
Qualifications: Associates degree required; bachelors or higher preferred. Six months to two years similar or related experience required, student confidentiality, the ability to think through an inquiry to provide a comprehensive answer in a positive and exceptional client service manner. Strong interpersonal, excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience; excellent benefits.
