Skills Required : Qualifications: Associate's degree focused on accounting and payroll with six months to two years of experience OR applicants working towards, or willing to pursue, their associate's degree with two to five years of combined payroll and accounting experience, along with skills as outlined in job description for position.
Barton Community College seeks applications for the position of Human Resources Technician. This position will research, analyze, and implement various HR and payroll related projects; serve as the expert and manager of all out-of-state employment, payroll processes and functions; perform back-up duties for all payroll tasks; and conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews in conjunction with the Benefits Specialist.
